Harits Masduqi is an Indonesian educator in Creative Writing, Discourse Studies, and TESOL. He earned academic credentials from universities in Indonesia, Australia, and England. 

Harits' work experience includes: 
- Website and Social Media Coordinator and Senior Lecturer at Universitas Negeri Malang
- Master Teacher Trainer of AusAid LAPIS-ELTIS Project (East Java, West Nusa Tenggara, and South Sulawesi) 
- Head of Foreign Language Development Centre, Secretary of the English Department, and Senior Lecturer at Universitas Islam Malang 

Harits likes reading literary works and has published short stories, poems, book chapters, journal articles, and conference papers. His work in creative writing can be seen on Radar Malang Jawa Pos, Retizen Republika, Indonesiana TEMPO, and other similar platforms.     Aku jg suka nulis kang, sayangnya aku hanya nulis apa yg aku alami dan aku rasa, aku kurang bisa berimaginasi..tp aku suka baca segala macam tulisan, bisa menikmati dan jadi bagian didalamnya
